1991 wird "das Internet" öffentlich vorgestellt, ein Jahr darauf gibt es dann das World Wide Web tatsächlich - Am 30. April 1993 gibt Berners-Lee seine Entwicklungen dann zur öffentlichen Nutzung frei: WWW für jedermann - die Geburt eines Massenphänomens.
